Always the Storm is a new forum roleplaying game based on the popular UK Television show, Misfits. We're just starting out, so any new members are greatly appreciated, and thanks for stopping by on this momentous occasion!

Now, a few things i'd like to say first. As much as we all love Robert Sheehan's Nathan, i'm afraid this isn't a canon site, so the basic idea is that you create your own character, with their own power. In this universe, the characters from the show don't exist, even though the storm and all the same things have happened.

Make sure that before you sign up, you read all the rules located in the first board you'll see at the top of the forum. It's very important you read these, as neither You nor I wants anyone to have to get banned, right? xD

Anyway, moving swiftly onwards - I will soon in instigating an advertising competition for Always the Storm - as we're definitely in need of some new members. We're sort of at a disadvantage really, since this is a UK show so many people in other parts of the world won't know of it. Luckily though, being non-canon it's something they can easily pick up on - it's people with powers.

As i was saying, the advertising competition will begin soon after the site opens - and when it does i'll decide on a figure - at that point anyone who can post that many adverts on other respectable proboards sites (not on ones that'll get us trolled) in line with their rules will be able to grant their character two powers rather than the usual one.

Of course, second powers might be allowed later through other methods, but i think for now it's a good incentive to spread the word about always the storm.
