a run down building looked after (just about) by government funds. Often youths kicked out by parents spend the night here, and it is also the site of many charity events and community service work about London.

Tall but equally rundown buildings dot the area, home to some of the less well off people of London. Relations between people in these buildings are not always friendly, and often it is not the safest of places to stay.

East London
The east of London; often regarded as rougher than many of the other parts. The people here are tired of life: adults out of work, children with no little future and youths with ASBOs. That doesn't mean there aren't a few gems around though.
