Materialization - Cassie can make anything appear, she can make objects materialize by thinking of them, she imagines the object and imagines pulling at the image until it appears in front of her. she usually has to close her eyes to concentrate but it looks like the atoms are merging together and forming the thing that she is making. she can summon objects that she can see without thinking that hard or being very specific, it is the same with small things she sees every day for example her mobile phone but she still has to concentrate harder. She needs a lot of practice and could go very far with her ability, tough she is only practicing creating things which she can already see in front of her, if she was able to enhance and control her ability she could make practically anything, she knows she has the ability inside her but she can't seem to let it out.
She doesn't know if she could make something herself but the general idea would be to imagine taking bits from other objects, she has never tried. If she trained her ability she could make a copy/ mirage of herself which would only last a short period but would be useful for distractions.
Power/Personality Relation: Cassie was in and out of foster homes and didn't have many things as a child, she never had any money for trips, school books, not even food, she wished that she could live on her own and fend for herself so she ran away when she was 15, she lived rough, squatting in places etc. when the storm hit and she discovered her power the first thing she did was make a one pound coin and buy a cheese pasty at greggs.
Personality: Cassie is fairly easy to get on with, and can make a lot of friends; she can sometimes be flirtatious but that's just her personality, she cares about people and accepts any offer to help, she is pretty easy going and doesn't judge a book by a cover.
She tends to be somewhat of a leader,She is quite outgoing when she wants to be and isn't afraid to say her mind.
She knows that to get ahead you have to do well and intelligence and resilience is the key.
She is not forcefully cocky but there is a certain smugness about her, she knows that she can bend people to do her will when she wants to but she doesn't do it often though she does have a habit of trying to charm or flirt her way around people.
She knows how to manipulate people and situations, and she knows the right words or tactics at the right time, people know not to cross her when she gets mad or when she is in charge.
She will protect anyone close to her, it takes a lot to turn on her friends and she'd do practically anything for or with them, she will always stand up for what is right no matter who she stands against.
She is bold and never sways once she has made up her mind, and never stops till she gets her way, sometimes it is a good thing but it can also be a hindrance.

History:
Cassie was born in Manchester with an older rother and younger sister, Cassie has been placed in many foster homes and has had a bad past, her parents went missing when she was three years old and she clings on to the little memories she has of them, she was split up from her brother and sister when one family took her because of her loose blonde curls and angelic look, she was carelessly passed from one foster family to the next, she has moved all around the country but she has hardly had any good foster families a couple have been nice to her but they couldn't deal with her, she has calmed down now but when she was little she couldn't let anyone get near her or even touch her she was so scared, she always wanted a loving family to take her in but she couldn't allow herself to trust them because of her past.
She ran away from social care when she was between families and lived on the streets, by this time she was in london, when the storm hit and she realized her powers she practiced trying to make money, she never made lots at one time because her power wasn't stong enough but she also didn't want to be questioned, but she was underweight and verging on starving so she bought food and water and eventually found a small one bedroom flat to live in, has been looking for a job as soon as she turned sixteen because when she was little her parents taught her manners so she didn't want to abuse her gift, though sometimes she does let herself buy a few small and unnessasary things, all she has of her parents is a locket with a picture of them inside. She desperately wants to find people like her though she wonders if she ever will.
