Power/Personality Relation: It is activated when he touched someone, and he had to make sure that he touched them on the shoulder otherwise it isn't activated. He would have to make sure that the person is close to him for him to even use it. He had to be given this ability by the world.
Personality: Skylar is the type of person who most people would try to explain in one word and the only thing they’d come up with is “conflicted”. Essentially Skylar is a really good guy, deep down at least, but also fiery (pun intended). He was raised that family always comes first, and that the males need to take care of the home. As a son he as taught to always help his father, as a grandson respect his elders, as a brother take care of his sister. His family was always what came first to Skylar , and it’s something he never tried to combat either. To him it made sense, not only because that’s what he was taught, but because it seemed so logical. Why wouldn’t you treat your siblings and parents with the utmost respect? They were more than family, they were friends and teachers as well. Therefore Skylar has always been family oriented, and that loyalty stems to his friends as well.
If people make a good impression on Skylar , then that’s probably the best thing you can ever do when it comes to him. However as he was growing up, this tended to affect him more. Everything he ever did was for his family, it seemed like there was never time to figure out who he was. It was always about being an psychologically abused kid, never about being Skylar . Which is why he is conflicted. He has always been taught to do what is told of him, so when it came time to expand, to grow, one could say he was a bit lost. He has a strong head on his shoulders, and usually has a good judge of character. Usually able to tell who was someone to have as a friend, and who was only out there to use him. However, just because he can tell how someone is, doesn’t always mean he knows how to pick his friends. One would say this makes Skylar very intuitive, being able to pick up on people’s personalities traits and judge them fairly well.
Since he’s pretty good at picking up on people, this makes him a really good sympathizer as well. Granted he’s not always right, but he’s usually pretty accurate. Skylar can judge how he needs to react based on signals others are giving off. He learned this from growing up around his father and Uncle, mostly because Skylar is a quick learner. Learn quickly how people are, and you won’t get beaten or yelled at. While he can sympathize, he can’t exactly empathize. Meaning he can tell how your feeling, but he may not be able to understand completely, because he cannot put himself in the shoes of others.
Serious is another good term people use when describing Skylar . Skylar has always been a hard worker, someone who you could rely on to get a job done with little to no questions ask. Goal oriented, almost to the point where he lacks to see humor in a situation because he is so set on completing something. While Skylar may not be a comedian or a goof ball, he does enjoy having a good time, he is just known for being more serious. Since he tends to be serious, he doesn’t take personal jokes very well, and can get pretty defensive. So don’t throw stereotypes at him, do not make fun of his friends, himself, or his family. Insulting anything he takes pride in will result in an ill-tempered Skylar.
Now that you know a bit about how Skylar was raised, you may find yourself thinking, well he seems like a really nice guy, actually a bit of a push over. Well, that’s a statement you’d find yourself retracting rather quickly. Just because he respects the commands of his family, respects friends and mentors, does not mean that he is easily pushed around. Skylar has the building of a strong foundation personality wise. Granted he is still growing, still finding himself ‘outside of his family’ but he has a pretty level foundation to build upon. Now, because he is serious and honorable doesn’t mean Skylar is without a temper. On the contrary, Skylar is rather hot headed, he angers easily, and is not above getting into arguments. In fact he’s been known to take things out of context and argue, for what his sisters says is ‘for the sake of arguing’ He might seem hard around the edges, and he doesn't let a lot of people in, but he does go out of his way for people that he had let in. He had always seem so angry, and dark at the world because he had been wanting the pain go away. Skylar is taciturn, and observant as well as confident. He had quite a temper on him when he was a kid. He is a natural leader to his peers, and only in comparison to his more loquacious twin does he come off as reticent and taciturn. To those who know him well describe him as funny, and charming, and never without a book in hand. He had became indifferent to Eve, but he had also ignored her at first. He does likes Eve very much because he hadn't known why he does he just does.
Skylar can be a bit compassionate, and with his own ways he had to make sure that he doesn't know what he was going to do he is quite powerful when it comes to what he has to do about his visions. His own way of doing things has actually guide the way to his past. He is also very much shy when it comes meeting new people. Skylar is secretive about the his goals. He is trustworthy, is cheerful, active, strongly competitive, resourceful, who feels people’s pain and feels what they feel in their hearts he reads several moves ahead at the same time. He is very soft-spoken and very calculating in his ways of thinking of a plan up to make it work for his friends. He is very much open-minded, and as well as sweet. People would describe him as well-liked, and friendly, and easy-going. He can get angry easily at the people that makes fun of his friends. He had a lot of emotional baggage when it comes to the closed-minded students, and folks that doesn't understand him.

History: Skylar was born to Constancia and Michael Lezaie. Skylar had two sisters by the names of Keynesian and Devina. He had gotten along with his siblings, they had knew the beatings that he had gotten the beatings they would have got if it wasn't for Skylar.
He was an awkward teenager when he was growing up. He was born, and raise in Bay Point, As a normal human he was very much hated by his father because he had been with his own ways of doing things.
His father had abused him in the evenings when his mother was out, because he was concerned that Skylar’s mother would leave him once he discovered the abuse. For this reason he is not beaten regularly either, only when opportunity presents itself. Afterward Skylar would hide the evidence of the abuse with make-up and then later in life lies as he became more accomplished at them. His father was disappointed when he had found out that Skylar Ro was bisexual. Just as Skylar tries to hide the physical evidence of his beatings at the hands of his father with make-up and lies, he tries to hide the emotional scars as well. He puts extra effort into appearing friendly and laughs off any suggestion that his father is anything but the loving father he wishes he had. So too, having so much conflict precipitated upon him by his father, he wishes to avoid any sort of conflict with others. In addition, because he can not make sense of the punishments His father gives His and feels shame that he has disappointed His father so much, he wants to avoid the topic at all costs and will go to any lengths to avoid letting His friends find out and begin asking painful questions. The world had given him the ability of desire manipulation.

Hmm, could you explain your desire manipulation a little more? Like, in the power section, about what the power actually does, and how it's activated etcetera. Then in the power relation, a few more things about how it's related to the personality. it's just.. that sentence doesn't really make sense XD
