arionCLARK Level-headed ** Friendly ** Curious type
Full Name: Arion Jasper Clark Alias: Bane.. Age: Twenty-Five Date of Birth: May 18th Ethnicity: Spanish-Italian? Religion: He has never really practiced one Orientation: Heterosexual. At most, drunkly? bi-curious Occupation: Private investigator
Face Claim: Dallas, Matt
Power: Weather manipulation
Power/Personality Relation: Though seemed calm, he holds quite a mess of feelings. Much like the weather, his emotions tend to be rather unpredictable and sometimes terribly swift. Speaking of emotions, that is how it happens for him. When he feels an emotion strongly, he loses his grip on holding it in and it 'activates'. The strength depends on how strong the emotion is. A depressed swing can cause from a light drizzle, to a utter pouring. However, he only only affected the area around him, about a yard or so width. It is never dangerously strong however. Though he tends to lose control on holding it back, he can't cause such things like a hurricane, just a bad little brew of a storm.
Personality:
Arion has quite a good cover when first met. On front, he always has a calm look about him, a simple smile and eased words. However, just shown on top is never the full truth. He is a rather emotional man, but not in the sense that he is a wreck. He gets quite sad, especially with his line of work. Sometimes the cases are not always the most heart warming. However, he cheers up quite easily, and though he can be a bit uneasy often, the man tends to pull through. The uneasy feelings are expected however, since the man takes care of a teenager, and is trying to fix things for the boy. He was use to the being the big brother, not the father. That is a good word for Arion, a big brother type. He tends to have that feeling to him, towards both children and even people he works with. Despite all this kindness he has, the man is only human, he still has his anger. The man has merely learned how to hide it, to hold it back until it simmers down. In all, he is a rather calm type, with a bit of simmering but controlled emotions.

History:
The start of it all Arion can't remember his own birth, that would just be weird. He can barely even remember his first years really. However, he does remember the baby sister that was brought into his home when he was six years old. Her name was Alexia, and his best friend growing up. Of course Arion loved his parents, but it was Alexia he loved the most, that meant the world to him. To him, she was perfect, but they family was not. His mother and father were quite..tense with each other. They was always a wall between them, things not being said, smiles being forced. It seemed the slightest thing would shatter their little dream, and it did. Alexia had turned six when she was checked into the hospital, unaware it would be a final check in, due to the cancer. Arion was old enough to understand, and though he cried at first, he was able to smile for her. Every visit, on every weekend, he would bring her some of her favorite toys to play with. He would smile and hug her, saying that he was keeping her room clean and mom and dad missed her. They didn't come to visit though, and frankly Arion was glad. He was twelve, no longer stupid and quite aware. He could hear the hushed, harsh whispers behind his parents door. He could hear the things breaking and the voices raising. Alexia was so much better here, among the other children and the smiling nurses. People who would keep her happy, while she could smile. Arion was aware what was happening to his sister, the doctor sat down and had a long talk with him, and he understood. He also understood that he had to be a good big brother now more then ever. However, such things happened that made it rather hard. Like the fact that his father had finally walked out, after one of the worst fights. His mother had been too drunk to run after, she was always too drunk, and Arion had enough. He didn't need this, or them. Stuffing what he could in his school bag, the boy slipped out of the house. No cops, no parents, ever came looking.
the bliss called childhood Only twelve, Arion realized the fool he had been. He was only a child, not a man. He had no home, and was lost. He had went to the library near his school, it was open all hours. So he tucked away there, among the children books, smiling as he re-read all those he would read to his sister, finding some he planned to. However, it was still not a home, it wasn't a proper place to stay. Besides, he was sure one of the staff started to notice his constant appearance, but they just gave awkward, sad smiles. Arion didn't remain there too long though. For about three days, at most. After those three days, a even strange thing happened. After school, when trying to head to the library, he was stopped by a classmate. It was a boy named Koota, one of those boys that it was just destined to be a delinquent. That is what terrified the boy when the boy greeted him, took his hand, and started to lead him away. The boy said he wanted to show him something, and Arion merely got dragged along. The thing he wanted to show him, was rather a place. The place was a house, in which inside was another kid he knew form school, some rich boy.. and one he had never met. The important one here was an the adult though, a man near Jed. Arion's first thoughts towards him was that the man was..strange. Even stranger, that he seemed to have these kids living at his house, and offered it to Arion. Apparently, Koota had seen the boy in the library, and knew that he was safer. The boy was confused.. but.. somehow he did find himself living there. It was himself, Koota, that roch boy who was named Kohaku, and the man's son, Kei. The boy was sick, just like his sister. He did not have cancer, but couldn't leave the house, his body too weak. Speaking of his sister, Arion's weekend visits never stopped, he still showed up every weekend, now with just new friends. The last member of the group finally came a few months after Arion himself. It was a much, much smaller boy, named Machi. Jed had found the child, abandon, and couldn't stand to look the other way.
Damn, those teen years Things were not bad growing up in Jed's house. Arion and Machi were terribly close, though the boy never spoke; he seemed to love Arion very much. The older acted as a brother to the boy, as he did to the all the boys. This role was much more useful, when they lost Jed. The man was a bartender, and had been trying to stop a fight when he got shot. It was such a shock to them all, but Arion did his best to help the others. He was sixteen. They were all no longer children and they all had to move on with this together. That is how Jed had taught them anyhow. Things didn't grow much easier, for a year later Kei had to go in to the hospital. The whole situation reminded him much too close of what his sister went though.. and it was a tough time. However, Kohaku, had stuck a deal with his father. In exchange for accepting a marriage, that was really just for his father, the man would help Kei, with getting him the best medical attention. The deal was made, and Kohaku left the house. Koota was quite ruffled by everything going on, but he was old enough to handle himself. That is what leads to Arion's choice. Machi was only nine, and this was not right. Though Arion loved his 'brothers' and this house.. it was not a proper place for a child. It was just wrong. So, a few months later when he turn 18, he put things in to action. It was at this age that he, legally, adopted Machi as his little brother, and he moved them. With the boy, he left the home and town. He took them to a better city, England. A good friend of Jed's had set the boy up with a nice place, and with getting Machi in to school. It was a bit rough for the first few months, but things soon smoothed. So, settled in England with just the silent child, Arion continued his schooling as well, he had a goal in mind, had for years, and wasn't letting go of it.
How they grow up Things continued like this for quite a few years. Arion kept contact with his friends, but they were doing well. Kohaku seemed quite happy with his situation; he even had a son now. Kei was well enough to leave the hospital, even if it took for quite some time.. but he was living with the friend that had helped Arion, and the boy was happy. As for Koota, he seemed to still be close with Ko, and keeping up with his old, mischief habits. Of course, now older, Arion didn't like to hear of those little habits. Because he had finally reached his goal, to be a private detective. He knew some cases would be quite hard, but due to his past, Arion didn't mind.. Machi had grown in to quite the teen, still silent, he did speak.. slightly more. Though, he only ever said the nicknames that the teens had all given themselves. Since it was just Arion in him though, he only ever said 'bane', the man's nickname. Arion never really question wad grown use to it.
Things were almost perfect, as of lately, so of course something was going to go wrong. It did, horribly. It came in the shape of a storm.. one that was terrible, and caused horrible things. Arion never told Machi, he tried to hid it, but he did start to notice things. No matter how calm his face was, the things around him seemed to change to what he felt inside. At first he thought it was just an odd coincidental situation. The days when he felt terribly sad, the rain would start to fall, when his stomach churned, clouds clumped together, and the days out with Machi, when he was laughing, the sun was high and bright. It was just really strange. Slowly though, somehow, Arion started to understand.. it took him quite a long time, but he finally accepted it. Something was strong about him, but it wasn't painfully obvious, he hoped. No, no one would notice. So he continued his life, raising Machi who was seventeen now, and continuing his work as a PI. There was no way this.. new issue was going to stop him..

Hm, well there's a few spelling mistakes towards the end, and also under the 'power' heading could you describe the power a little more in depth? i.e say how it's activated, how strong it is, how far the effects go etc. Other than that, nice character, and i'll be happy to accept it after that ;D
