Power: Intangibility (Phasing) - While holding her breath, Layla can walk through solid matter without arm. She can transfer her powers to make up to two other bodies intangible along with her own. She can't phase through people. She can only phase so long as she holds her breath; if she were to let it go within an object, she'd suffocate.

Power/Personality Relation: Ever since she was of dating age, Layla hasn't had such a great track-record with the horrible sport. She could find boyfriends easily, but would often get bored easily; it was like she had a child's attention span and guys were nothing but play things. She'd walk right through them and leave relationships and past friendships in the dust. When the storm hit, she gained the power to walk through more than just men.

Personality: Layla is a personality mix between immature and mature. At times, she wants to be goofy and crazy and fun to be around, but she also wants to be dependable and respectable. In short, she wants to be liked by everyone... but somewhere, deep down inside, she knows that's impossible. Her number one trait used to describe herself is sociable. She doesn't like to be alone, and is honestly more of a follower than a leader.

Lay tends to take a backseat in most situations, feeling that someone more capable will step to the plate and lead the charge. When she feels hurt, attacked, or disrespected, she'll usually lash out with harsh comments of her own. If that doesn't work, she'll go find a corner to cry in. And when she finishes crying, she'll text her sister and explain the ordeal she just suffered. And when she's done relaying the situation to her sister, she'll hop on twitter and tell the world about it.

But beside that, Layla is fun to be around. She talks with you and is very good at keeping rude comments to herself. She likes to hang out at parties and go out on dates and enjoys a nice glass of wine every now and then. She's not big on smoking and isn't attracted to men who do. At the relatively young age of 23, she doesn't hesitate to call in sick to work if it frees up her schedule to hang out with a cute boy or go shopping for shoes with a group of the girls.

History: Layla grew up in London, England, living a very normal life. She did well in her classes. Her father wasn't around, but she lived with her mother, Dorothea, and younger sister, Antoinette. Life was simple and good for Layla, who really had nothing to complain about besides her sister borrowing her make-up without asking.

It was in grade 10 that she began dating. How could she forget it? His name was Lance Williamson and he had been showing interest in her since their freshman year together. She dated him for two months and the two would often share the sentiments that most teenagers in puppy love feel - they often told each other that they were in love and would always be there for one another. That was until Kenny Ogle transfered to their school: he was blonde with blue eyes and great at basketball. Bored with Lance, Layla jumped ship, leaving Lance to repair the capsized boat known as his teenage boy heart.

And that was the way Layla went through the rest of school, jumping from guy to guy. She was still young, she figured, and didn't need to be tied down to one guy. The only reason she lost her virginity to Samuel Johnson (the boy who came after Kenny Ogle) was to be able to tell Antoinette what is what like; she was 14 and curious, and Layla was 17 and willing. Her grades stayed acceptable, her spot on the squad was never challenged, and graduation was soon approaching.

When she graduated, Layla was 18. She moved out and got a flat far up the street from her mom and sis because she wanted the freedom of independence but the comfort of family. A job at the grocery store was easy to get and it paid the rent.

Layla had been walking home the day the storm brewed over London. She had never been afraid of thunder or lightening and figured if she walked fast she could be home before the pour down began. A jolt of lightening proved her wrong. She remembered being flung into the air and then woke up on her back in a patch of the neighbor's soft green grass. Thankful to be alive, Kingsolver decided it best not to ask questions and to just concentrate on making it home so that she could lie down.

When she reached the front door, she struggled to find her keys through her disorganized handbag. Rummaging through, she found tubes of lip gloss, condoms, Midol pills, but no keys! Her brain had been scrambled by that lightening shock, she thought. All she needed to do was relax and collect herself. She leaned her head against the heavy wooden door and took a deep breath in. In the next second, she was lying on the floor of her flat! She had fallen in through the door! Things were getting too freaky for Layla's liking. That couldn't have been what happened. But, was there any other explanation?

Anyhow, got a couple of small problems. Firstly i think what you've put in Personality was meant to go in 'Power/personality relation'? Since it says about how the personality links to the power given. Anyway, either way you'll need to put something there, and to have the three paragraphs for personality. apologies for the long app xD

Only other thing is, you don't really get Cheerleading in the UK :c But that's just a tiny thing there.
