Power: Immortality: When joey was struck by the storm, nothing happened to him for a while. 6 months before he turned 19, and 6 months after the storm hit him, he was hit by a car, and rushed to hospital. He resurrected a day later, gasping. His power allows him to resurrect from death, hours after the death. He is not immune to non fatal wounds, and if he is brain damaged, he will not heal from mortal wounds unless he dies.

Power/Personality Relation: Joey's power derives from the fact that he is immune to hurtful comments, and he is cocky. He has always been immune to hurtful comments, ever since he was a little kid.

Personality: With an answer for everything, sarcastic wit, and a fondness for pushing things too far; your first impression of Joey could be that he's massively irritating, which is something he seems to revel in. He is also extremely cocky. He also has a penchant to annoy anyone whom tries to have a civilized conversation with him.

Joey's defining personality trait is his outspoken, mischievous nature and propensity for insulting those around him, regardless of whether or not he actually cares for them; He was abandoned by the majority of his friends. He was also abandoned by the majority of his cousins in Ireland, who hated him for his personality.

History: Kotan was born to Jack and Eleanor Walker, and they originally lived in Ireland, and Joey was born there. They loved their son dearly. His parents found him difficult to look after, because of his difficult personality. When Joey started school at age 4, he would perpetually annoy all of the people in the nursery school. As Joey grew up, his personality just became more difficult, and by the time he was 12, they had moved to London.

Joey's mother passed away when he was only 13, and this affected him badly. This mad his personality even more difficult. His father changed as well. He became an alcoholic, and he would beat Joey. Joey was always afraid that his dad would eventually try and kill him. Every time that his dad would pass out after beating him, Joey would run up to his room and lock himself there. He hated his dad for all the beatings he would give him.

For the next 5 years, Joey grew to hate his dad even more. Sometimes when his dad would beat him, Joey would fight back. One day when he was 18, he called the police and they arrested his dad. 2 days later he was walking when the storm happened. He tried to get into his apartment, which was now his, but the door wouldn't open. Before he could get the key out, he was hit by lightning, and he was thrown back. A few days later, he discovered that some people on the estate had gained superpowers. Joey tried to figure out what his power was, but he couldn't. 3 weeks later, he was hit by a car, and he died. The driver had been drunk while he was driving, and hid Joey's body in an old alley way. Joey resurrected a day later, and he realized he was immortal. He was happy about this, and planned to make the best of his immortality.
